From the first visit, when we were greeted warmly right through the complete eye examination, until today's appointment, still receiving the attentiveness and great customer service. Every experience I had from Modern Power Vac was a great one. When I first called into the office to make the appointment, the woman I talked to on the phone was very informative and answered all the questions I had adequately. When the technician showed up at my home, he was also very informative. He explained what the total cost would be and how the cleaning would be done prior to me committing to anything. He then took a good couple of hours to complete the whole home duct cleaning.
I called Modern Power Vac because I had completed some renos in my home and now after the cleaning has been completed, there is no residual dust at all! I will be definitely calling them in the future, not just after completing renos!

This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto..
