the customer service was courteous and professional!! I'm a regular customer and my vehicle didn't get very clean from the drive threw.I went to the laundry part and talked to Jared Green he set me up to go threw again and still the car wasn't clean . My SUV back window was vandalized and severely cracked. The wind over the weekend had blown most of the glass into my vehicle. I called other places but no one could get me in as quickly as Mr Auto Glass, plus their rating was high. they filed my MPI claim, installed new back window and cleaned inside of the vehicle. it was a hassle free experience. Thank you for taking the stress off of a already stressful situation 100% recommend.

I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.
