Glen was very personable and on time. He determined the problem quickly and repaired it quickly, as well. As a result my bill was reasonable, unlike a previous experience with Milani where I was charged four times as much. I will definitely use Glen again.

I am a widow and have been using Minit-Tune for years. I depend on them. Their prices are fair and they have always provided clear explanations about what my car needs to keep running reliably, and also explained what I don't need to worry about. Their prices are fair and the father and son who own this business are friendly and remember me, whether I am bringing the car in for an annual check up or emergency repairs. I highly recommend them.

We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Awesome response. Hire him!

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

Absolutely amazing craftsmanship, everything is to the next level. Chris wasn't happy letting me take my car home until it was perfect in his eyes. My Ford 6.0L diesel truck was not starting well, and had a lack of power. After being told horror stories from friends about expensive diesel repairs, I was surprised how quickly the guys figured it out and found the problem was a failing injection computer module. They had a replacement in stock, and after installation it started much better right away and the power was back as it should be.
Thanks to Landis and the boys for your help - now I can go on my holidays!
