Selling one’s home is an emotional and stressful event.
We were fortunate to meet Jerry Carinci who guided us from pricing our home to staging, marketing, many viewings, and of course, a quick sale! Important to us was the market information, fact based advice, integrity and respect that Gerry and his team demonstrated throughout the entire process. We not only sold our home at a price and terms we were pleased with but getting there was nothing but a positive experience.

Unlike other reviewers' experience, the service we received was exemplary - friendly, attentive and fast.
Food showed imagination, especially the crab croquettes with a spicy sauce surround them. Ingredient quality was beyond reproach and everything was cooked to the degree as ordered them, no overcooking here at all.
Definitely going back there again this year.

Samwood kitchens, they did woonderful job. Before we started our kitchen renovation, we looked at several kitchen design company. After we compared, we decided to use Samwood kitchens.
