I went to the Ottawa Street store based on favourable reviews to replace a camera that quit. Exceptional Customer Service.
We have 20 plus blinds which we purchased from this store over 20 years ago. I recently had a minor problem with one blind. I took this blind to the store looking for advice. The store took my blind and sent it out for repair, which was done at no charge and back to me in 4 days. This is outstanding Customer service !!!

As someone who suffers from anxiety and doesn't like the dentist - the fact that their offices are serene (and they offer nitrous gas) is a life saver! I now commute from Toronto to Oakville just to keep them as my dentist.

Bannon has the reputation as being the best expert on electrical issues around. He even found a used electrical part for my Volvo in order to save me hundred of dollars.
