Honnestly i never had such good service. I would definetly return to purchase my next car there cause i have no word to express how i am being treating when i go there. Jason i am so grateful for everything you done to me so far. You are truly amazing..... see u in 6 years for a brand new suv ? but for now lets enjiy my new ar fir the next 6 years lol. Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. Having conversation is always nice as it makes you feel welcomed. Shaylene and Ryan made me feel so welcomed, I felt as if I knew them for years. A

I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.
