I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. You won't find a flashy waiting room, just honest work at a fair price and good employees comfortable in their work environment. And yes, my '06 Civic is still running well.

I’m happy to say I finally found the most perfect stylist for my type of hair. I’ve struggled with trusting people with my hair and letting people do anything to it and finally made this jump to come see Tracey. Not only did she explain everything she was doing and the benefits of it for my hair, she transformed my hair into something it hasn’t been since I was a child. We had many tools with issues during this summer and iTech was able to help us with all of them! They were very prompt and went above and beyond the call of duty. Very much appreciated. I will go back for sure for all my repairs and new tools going forward. The automated ticket system is very cool and works well.
