Raveena at Calgary Hyundai in the NE was the best. She made buying my first new car a great experience. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a vehicle but she made the process easy. Most impressed with the service and pricing of Luky Auto Shine. Went in cold on Monday afternoon for quote on BMW. Got the car back with plastic weld to bumper that was ripped off, complete with paint job, and detailing of the whole car in less than 48 hours later. Staff was great and treated me with utmost respect and courtesy. Far cheaper than dealer and work was excellent.

Best experience I’ve had with a dealership in Alberta by far. Randy, the Business Manager, was so easy to work with and was such a gentleman. Ryan also helped to make sure the whole process went smoothly and made sure everything was in order. Peter, our Sales Rep, was a star! He went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction, which we were extremely happy with and grateful for.
This is the only dealership I plan on working with, despite the fact that we live in Edmonton.
