I bought a secondhand wedding dress that needed to be cleaned and the owner was amazing. She took me through the process of what she would have to do with this particular (and very fiddly) dress, and even run me right away to let me know that she was happy with the partial test clean she did on some of the fabric and was going to go ahead on the rest of the dress. She really cares about your clothing. She will be able to tell you straight if theres hope for a difficult clean. Many thanks!

recently had some garage door issues and contacted Canada West Garage Doors. Chad came out within the same day and fix my garage door. He was knowledgeable, friendly and the price was decent. He went that extra mile to explain what the issue was and made sure all parts were lubed and working to its proper state. My garage door works and sounds like a brand new door. I was in search for a down pillow. I had gone to a high-end big box store, and looked at their prices. The big box store was almost twice as much as ducky downs. The owner even said if the pillow wasn't to my satisfaction I could take it back and she could adjust it for me. They also make custom duvet covers for their beautiful duvet comforters. I will definitely go back there for my bedding.
