The receptionist have always been professional and have treated me with respect. One saw me walking past the office to let me know of they had rushed a special appointment for me. She also had reassuring words for me.

Blind Repairs By Rod just repaired 3 older aluminum blinds for me and they work great again. Only had to go without for 2 days and they were back up in place on day 3.
