I just need to say how much I appreciate Oak Bay Chef on the Run for being there for so many people, and with great meals. I have been getting meals from them, for years. Started when a friend of mine used to get her meals there, had me working for her, and I shared with her, during the late 80s. Later, when I no longer wanted to cook as much, I went back. Now Ive introduced it to my son, and we both enjoy them. Try it, youll like it.

Whether receiving reflexology or massage treatments or a combination of both, I appreciate Anne's holistic approach to health and her ability to intuitively know what treatment I need. The addition of reflexology to her service has been benificial for me as I feel that my whole body has been balanced and I am reminded of what I need to do to help myself maintain that balance. The service was excellent they cleaned all the ducting even in the crawl space witch was only 3 feet hi
Price the price was competitive to other companies the difference was they were locally owned and operated that was a huge factor in our decision
Time, they took there time and did it right covering all the vent's in the home like they said they would
