I have been in and out of Physio Therapists offices for years and each one would give me more of the same exercises and...blah, blah, blah. Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.

It is challenging to find people who can help you when you are most vulnerable. In our case, we needed advanced nursing care because my wife had our 3rd child.
The help was great. They came and did most of things that should be done by a healthy mom--including, get this--bathing our toddlers, diaper changes, massaging my wife's post-partum distended belly, cleaning and even cooking!
Note, they are Korean with some English. As long as they do such great work, that's not a barrier.

Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. I went to Kits Family Dental for my annual cleaning (yes I should go more often) and I was seen to right away. The lovely and friendly hygienist gave me the most thorough cleaning I have ever had and the dentist also gave me a complimentary scan to look for any oral cancers. It gave me great piece of mind to get the all clear. Overall, I was surprised at what a genuinely pleasant experience I had.

This store has something for every bird and bird carer. The proximity to Night Owl is very handy. Whenever I go to the vet I pop down to check out the new toys and stock up on food.
