I brought them my 25 year old Hoover vacuum to see why it was screeching. The guys took it apart to have a look and when they determined it was the motor bearings they recommended against repairs, saying it would not be worth it. They said to just use it as long as it still worked or until it died. They didnt charge me a dime. 4 months later the vacuum stopped screeching on its own and is still working more than a year later. Now I buy all of my vacuum bags and supplies from them.

Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.

Just moved into Lorette,mb and needed a new salon! I found and heard great things from the locals that Opus was the place to go. Needless to say I loved my hair and they were so nice and the price was right!! My hair would of costed me 150.00 at least in the city to hilight but only costed 90.00 for a cut hilight and style! just wanted to let everyone know what a great job this company did for us!!! We moved from winnipeg to edmonton at the end of June for my husbands work. Through many trials and tribulations due to the timing of my husbands start date, the sale of our home and some medical issues in Winnipeg, the staff at Budget Moving went above and beyond our expectations. We originally set our pick up for June 23 and had to change it to the end of June at the last minute. Kim fit us in at the end of the day on the 29th in a major hot spell and I know Ben and Ewart were tired and we were so sorry and very grateful!!! We couldn't of imagined doing this on our own and without you... Thank you so much we will recommend you to our friends without hesitation.

The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.
