The food is fantastic! The cesear salad is so good, probably the best Ive ever had. The firecracker chicken wraps are to die for. After dinner we went outside for a smoke, and when we returned our table had been cleared so the waitress apologized, gave us a new table and new drinks. The people who work there are so friendly, I will definitely be back.

I've gone to this Kelsey's several times now, and each time I've been very pleased with the food and service. The waitresses are always down-to-earth and friendly, the food is prepared very fast, and consistently good.
I love the Four Cheese Spinach Dip appetizer, though they've changed the dipping bread to a baked variety that isn't quite as good (though apparently healthier for you). I normally always get the Club Wrap Platter after sharing the Spinach Dip with my girlfriend (the appetizer and platter would be too much for the average person, definitely best to have to someone to share the dip with).
I've never been disappointed going here, and if you're looking for a dinner/movie type thing, they have a deal with Cineplex South Keys so you can walk right over after your meal.
This Kelsey's is definitely my favorite chain restaurant to visit. The consistency in food/service means I'll keep going back!

After shopping a friend and I decided we were having a fish and chip craving so we decided to try the Bells Corners location for the first time. It was relatively busy on a Wednesday afternoon at 1p.m-a good sign. We had the haddock and chips-excellent -with crispy fries, good tiny coleslaw and yummy tartar sauce, lemon wedge. Fast and friendly service with an open style kitchen-you can see what they are doing in there. Everything coming from the kitchen looked good and no fishy smell when you go in like some places. Will be back.

Disco Brgr is a small hidden GEM in the Elmvale Acres area. The food is better then it's competitors, and slightly bigger portions (combos). Went here for my birthday dinner with the family and I have to say it was an amazing meal! We all ordered different items off the menu and I think the staff thought we were crazy because we were trying each other's food, but I have everything was so tasty! The vegetarian main had many different elements to it and all were delicious, the mushroom tarte, steak frites and soup were great. Our waiter was very friendly and overall I would say the atmosphere is inviting. I consider this restaurant a little bit pricey, but perfect for a special occasion and worth the money.

Food is delicious but somewhat overpriced. Offer the general selection of breakfast and do take it one step further but this is reflected in the price. Overall delicious but only if willing to spend a bit more. The place is very busy on weekends.

Got home. Tired! Hungry! So I decided with my friend to try the Golden Star as we are new to the area. Wow! What a great choice we made. We used the JustEat.ca site to place our order and we were impressed by the pricing and the low delivery charge. Well we had our food in less than 30 minutes at our door and it was hot and fresh with a polite smiling delivery person. Everything was as ordered and the taste was super. The portion sizes were huge as we'll be finishing the rest today. I highly recommend Golden Star as we'll be back.

On Wednesdays Montana's has an "all you can eat beef rib night", its worth the trip and go there hungry. They have 2 choices of beef ribs "back" or "side" ribs, back ribs are more tender and have more meat on them. Its a fantastic meal and very delicious, I find myself dreaming of those ribs the rest of the week. Sadly they do not offer the same meal any other night of the week, its a one night only affair, the rest of the week they offer only a pork bone substitute for "Ribs" which is not at all like on rib night. Another annoying thing is you cannot switch rib type once you start so choose carefully. I know they have Rib night in several other Montana's restaurants in the Ottawa area on the same night but I don't know if it's chain wide, check with your local restaurant. The Wednesday night beef ribs are the best I've ever had.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Parliament Pub, patio. I was there with my father and uncle on a visit to Ottawa. I was thrilled to be able to sit under a canopy of green, with a clear view of Parliament Hill, the Centennial Flame and of course the world famous Peace Tower!
The service was great, the waiter was quite attentive and even came over a few times to ask us how the food was and did we need anything?
We had bruschetta, which was very nice. Good fresh tomatoes and real cheese! Along with the bruschetta I had some creamy squash soup, it thick and hot, very flavourful! The salad was pretty with a nice vinagrette, the greens were crisp, as they should be!
After lunch we just sat around sipping our coffee and enjoying the magnificent view. Of course we kept an eye out for some of the pols who like to hang around - trying to come with ways of reducing our taxes I am sure! LOL
The coffee was good too, I am fussy about coffee and often don't like the tasteless drek so often served...
After a quick tour inside to look at the political memorabilia and caricatures we left to continue our visit.
I would recommend Parliament Pub to anyone who is visiting Ottawa. The is a good choice of well prepared and presented food for reasonable prices and they get it on to your table in time. Did I mention the view?

This place has only been open since October in a tiny strip mall off the beaten path through Bell's Corners. Google and Bing still can't find it, even with the address. It's at the intersection of Robertson and Stinson, beside Dan's Automotive.
We started with fried fish cakes and cucumber sauce. They were homemade and terrific. They were soft and pillowy, not at all rubbery, and didn't have an overpowering fish flavour. The cucumber dipping sauce was unexpected but it was both spicy and cooling at the same time.
It was followed by our salad and mains. We ordered a green papaya salad. It came loaded with peanuts and shrimp. The shrimp were steamed to perfection and were melt in your mouth delicious. The salad had just the right amount of heat.
We shared mains and both were portioned very generously. The Pad Thai noodles were not served spicy, but that's probably because it's the first choice for people when getting used to Thai food. The flavour was the right blend of slightly sweet and sour and I could see the little bits of tamarind used to flavour it- the real deal! The noodles were light and not at all greasy. It was a very filling dish for a cold day. Ask your server for some hot sauce made in house to spice things up. Our server insisted we try it.
We also had the richest red coconut chicken curry that I've ever had. It was loaded with strips of tender chicken and thick with coconut base. It was not overpoweringly spicy and it was worth every penny.
The service was excellent and our server was super friendly. The food arrived very quickly and we weren't disappointed in the least. He saw that it was our first time at the restaurant and even gave my wife a beautiful elephant brooch.
