Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. Fair pricing, good service, car always ready within the agreed upon timeline - GREAT place to go have your vehicle taken care of !

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Automoves shipped two vehicles for me between Toronto and Edmonton, one in each direction, door to door. The communication with the sales and the pricing was good. Communications with the operations was generally good to fair. No online tracking which was disappointing. Transit time was acceptable and vehicles arrived in good condition. If tracking was available would have given them a 5 star rating. Have shipped many cars and would say their service is good value.

Went there today to get my brakes done n Oil change for my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 cummings diesel. Rod n his crew were great .From the phone call to book the appointment to the actual repair everyone did a great job. The mechanics guide that said it takes 3 hours to do the job he only charged me for 2 cause that all it took him. He was $250.00 cheaper the the Dodge dealership for the same oil change. Thanks Rod n your employees, I will be back.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Mike past away suddenly July 2018 leaving the business disarray. If you call Mike still answers voice mail but returns so far this year.

After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.
