John and his Protec team have worked on four houses we have bought over the years. John and his crew are always polite and do a super job on anything electrical. From rewiring an old knob and tube house to wiring a new house or business and as simple or complex alarm system as needed. Protec has also done small jobs for us over the years, adding a couple of outlets, inside the house and outside. John and his Protec crew have pretty well done it all for us over the years, always at a very fair price and always right the first time!

We called these guys in the morning, they were at our house, in Burnaby, by noon & out in less than 1/2 hr. They did an awesome job, charged 100.00 flat rate. Left the house clean. So pleased with the service & will call them on a regular basis now that we've found them. Will recommend them to all!

After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. My Ford 6.0L diesel truck was not starting well, and had a lack of power. After being told horror stories from friends about expensive diesel repairs, I was surprised how quickly the guys figured it out and found the problem was a failing injection computer module. They had a replacement in stock, and after installation it started much better right away and the power was back as it should be.
Thanks to Landis and the boys for your help - now I can go on my holidays!

It's not that any of the others were bad, I just wasn't improving much. I eventually saw Cathy and was really impressed with the different applications she used to rid the pain and improve mobility. Since then I've also seen Giselle and also very impressed. These people keep up on training and really care about their clients and it shows. and the best part is the abailability. I got a flat tire December 17th evening, took the car in at opening 8am in hopes they could patch it. They got me in and fixed it right away! No charge. Amazing service, great staff. And they left me a flower on the dash. Nice touch! Thank you and I will definitely use Kal Tire again.

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours.
