I have just set up City Wide in our home, and wanted to give a review for he service I just received. My Customer Service Rep was Tyesha, and she was wonderful to me. Being a senior, I found her explanations of the whole system to be very clear, and she covered everything with the utmost knowledge. She's the best at her job!!!

I had two trailer hitches installed, one for a Tesla Model S and one for a Subaru WRX. I was particularly impressed with how well they put a 1 1/4" hitch on the Tesla. Other installers in the city were reluctant to take it on and were quoting me high prices because of the anticipated labour charge but U-Haul had specific instructions for this hitch and a cost that was lower than I was quoted elsewhere. Note that I went for a traditional hitch instead of an Eco Hidden Hitch.

As an office furniture dealer based in the US it can sometimes be a nervous experience teaming up with a dealer in another city let alone out of the country. When my customer was faced with an unexpected site delay Terry and his team showed a great ability to respond and change to a challenging deadline.
