Cibo Bistro is a very welcome addition to Edmonton! I went to it last night with my fiancé and everything about it was amazing!!! It's a small but very sleek and clean place. The service was quick and friendly. But let's get to the most important part… the food! Absolutely delicious. The restaurant focuses on fresh and local food and making everything in-house and you can tell… Sharing the charcuterie board is a must. The wild boar is amazing. I ordered the Tagliatelle Con Vongole (fresh clams and shallots in white wine) and my fiance ordered the Osso Bucco (braised veal shank preserved lemon gremolata fried bone marrow). So fresh. So tasty. Melts in your mouth. And leaves you wanting more despite being super stuffed! End off the dinner with the Chocolate Trio dessert and you're good to go! Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done.
