Not my typical kind of bar. Here for a work party. Was ready to finish up my last (full) beer when the bottom of the cup completely fell off as I went to take my first sip. The Manager was extremely gracious and refunded my entire entre (27 dollars), and 3 beers. Obviously I’m happy about the freeness, being soaked sucked, but service like that is how you keep returning customers. Great attitude towards the whole thing. Very kind staff. Lire plus

It was my first time being at Cactus Club West on Broadway & Granville. My experience there was phenomenal! Not only was the food delicious, our server Emma F definitely made the night for us and she will be someone we won’t forget! It was a super busy night and she made everyone feel exceptionally welcomed and comforted. Every restaurant needs more servers like herself! We will be coming back for sure!! Lire plus

We had dinner there this evening. I haven’t had Greek food for so long and decided to check out Minoas. I was really impressed with the friendly staff and fast service even though they were busy. We had Calamari, the lamb Kleftico and a vegetarian dish Imam Baldi which was delicious! We couldn’t finish it all so took the leftovers home for lunch tomorrow. First off , local knowledge , we asked the front desk they said GO TO ELK VALLEY!! Second we phoned through the order , polite and professional staff not only got the order perfect but it was ready the time they said it would be , now on to the pizza , I can honestly say aside from making our own pizza this was by FAR the most flavorful and fresh set pizza's we have had in Canada the cheese was " proper" cheese not that plastic stuff the big chains use . The meats and veggies super fresh and the dough just right , I mean it must have been good for me to leave a comment right , to sum up " go there it's awesome pizza !" Lire plus
