I have loved receiving Dr Penny Seth-Smith's naturopathic care for the last 24 years. She is extremely skilled and generous, highly-intelligent and helpful to her numerous clients - many of whom naturally sing her praises for years. She has helped me especially homeopathically, and she is very knowledgable and experienced in numerous aspects of naturopathic medicine. Great new layout, updated menus & service system where you watch for your number on the screen for your order. They got rid of the play place, opened up a whole lot more room. Snazzy!

Although the rental rate was extremely high over the holidays they went out of their way to help me through a difficult time after losing my car to an accident. They were literally the last rental place to have a car available in Victoria on December 23 rd!!

Our family of 3 rented one of your suites for a short vacation from our hectic lives on the mainland. We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.

I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. I have bought 2 machines from them in the last several years and will buy from them in future.
