I was surprised, and skeptical, to read the review in which the poster claimed to have been charged for work not done. Ive used Ralphs for over 30 years, and my parents for longer than that, and their work is top of the line. The prices are a bit steep, but, hey--one gets what one pays for. Overall a positive experience purchasing our first vehicle from a used dealer. Note to buyers: Get an independent pre-purchase inspection! We were assured the vehicle was in great working condition, only for our mechanic to find a major repair (cracked exhaust manifold) after listening to the car for 5 seconds.
