Not my typical kind of bar. Here for a work party. Was ready to finish up my last (full) beer when the bottom of the cup completely fell off as I went to take my first sip. The Manager was extremely gracious and refunded my entire entre (27 dollars), and 3 beers. Obviously I’m happy about the freeness, being soaked sucked, but service like that is how you keep returning customers. Great attitude towards the whole thing. Very kind staff. Lire plus

It was my first time being at Cactus Club West on Broadway & Granville. My experience there was phenomenal! Not only was the food delicious, our server Emma F definitely made the night for us and she will be someone we won’t forget! It was a super busy night and she made everyone feel exceptionally welcomed and comforted. Every restaurant needs more servers like herself! We will be coming back for sure!! Lire plus

I would said Matoi Sushi is one of these authentic Japanese restaurants that still serves the traditional fare. The restaurant is own and operated by Japanese people, and their service shows just that. They were courteous and friendly. Overall, I find their food quite good and would definitely recommend. We had dinner there this evening. I haven’t had Greek food for so long and decided to check out Minoas. I was really impressed with the friendly staff and fast service even though they were busy. We had Calamari, the lamb Kleftico and a vegetarian dish Imam Baldi which was delicious! We couldn’t finish it all so took the leftovers home for lunch tomorrow.
