Staff and Dr.Zack are friendly, professional and organized. Yes, I’ve experienced long wait times but I don’t know why…maybe some people take more time as I noticed many people brought a second person into the room to interpret and other reasons as most patients are older. I use a wheelchair and can’t get out and I especially found everyone in the office go out of their way to accommodate my needs. He is a professional, well experienced and reduced my anxiety about my surgery. ?!!!

What an awesome guy! I brought in my wife’s boots for a blown rivet and he fixed them right in front of me in about 30 seconds. But the part that blew me away was that he wouldn’t even accept any payment for it! I definitely know where I’m going if I need any repairs in the future. Customer for life. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement.
