very professional and service oriented people. the Pharmacy and retail sales areas are impeccable and Merchandise extremely well organized,displayed & easy to find things. I think most people would find it like a big City pharmacy with a small town heart.

Great service! My current pharmacy could not fill a prescription for 3 weeks for a drug I was currently using and could not interrupt. We called Philbrook Pharmacy and Ming confirmed they had the drug we required and after having the other pharmacy transfer the order, Philbrook filled the order within an hour and called us for pickup.

Excellent. Very clean store.very helpful staff. Someone will say hello to you as you walk in, you always get a thank you for your purchase/ Prices are the same as any convenience store"too high" but the way you are treated at Stratford Variety is "not" the same as any other convenience store in Stratford, "Excellent customer service" and for me that makes It worthwhile to go to Stratford Variety, before any other.

We had our new refridgerator delivered today by Arnett, Adre and Brandan. They were on time coutious and over the top in assisting me in order for them to get the old one out and the new one in.
The whole experience from the phone staff, the sales personnel and the delivery people has been a great experience when often a major applince purrchase can be streeful and upsetting. My wife and I would not hesitate in recommending you folks at any time! This is our fourth purchas of a major appliance

yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. He found us the lowest price on the model that we want, he was able to get us extra savings and was done and i was out of the store in 15 minutes. This is just the way I like to do business. I can always count on this store to have a great price on anything I am looking for. They have a huge selection of cards and gift wrappings, party supplies, and cleaning products just to name a few.
And don't think that just because the products are inexpensive that they are cheap because that's not true. I have found the quality to be terrific in everything I have bought there.

Great variety of product! I went in for essential oils and found lots of other items I'd been looking for too. I did have trouble getting attention from the staff, but I am an introvert and tend to wait rather than aggressively ask. ;)
