When you ask for advice about a medication, they usually have ready reliable information, or will find an answer to help out. I am always impressed by how happy they are to be doing what they do!

The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . I would highly recommend going to this Shopper’s Drug Mart location . I love they now have a grocery section . it’s very fresh produce & bakery goods.

I feel extremely fortunate to have found Sam’s Pharmacy. It is, by far, the best pharmacy I have ever been to in my lifetime. I have been a customer of theirs for over a decade now, and consider this place to be an integral part of my health care team! Sam is an absolute gem of a person! He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, well educated, thoughtful, nonjudgmental, thorough, and caring. The pharmacist working today was the most amazing man! I can not be grateful enough for his kindness. After being released from the hospital today we went to get my daughters antibiotics we went to 5 different drug stores all saying they didn’t have it due to the amount of time it takes to make/mix together! So thank you for taking the 30-45 out of your day to make the antibiotics my 1.5yr old needs!!!!

First time at The Vacuum Store and it was worth the drive. The owner was very nice, honest, quick and helpful in fixing my Nutone central vac. Fantastic service and even better priced service and merchandise....I ended up buying some house/cleaning items much better priced than what you would find at your local store or online.

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.

This location is by far the best in Brantford. The staff at this store is very helpful and makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. I get my milk and eggs etc. here regularly, Thanks to the young gentlemen Azor that manages that department and assists me regularly. Thank you !
