Amazing experience! I noticed item online, but it was only available in this store. Placed a call, sales person located an item and put it on hold (for whopping 72 hours). Just walked in and picked it up! So easy. Also, Gillian at cash register was so effortlessly, naturally and genuinely nice - just brightened my day. On top of everything - Oshawa store is so beautifully renovated that I think I will be spending a lots of time (and $$$) in it in the upcoming winter months!

Took my nephew to Chapters to search for anything "Elmo" and found lots of great Elmo books. We didn't realize they had such a large kids section and ended up spending over an hour playing and reading books at the kids tables and play areas (with a nice Starbucks that is attached!). One employee pointed us in the right direction and was very helpful. Overall a great place to find books and spend time with kids & coffee!

After searching for the perfect fireplace for our home for 8 years, we'd narrowed the choice to two manufacturers. Classic Fireplace was not only a dealer for both, but had both in stock. Their helpful staff made the final decision easy.
The work crew arrived when promised, and were courteous, clean, and professional the entire time. Working on our 140 year old house has always been a challenge, but the crew from Classic Fireplace handled every obstacle with knowledge and expertise, providing a finished product that has exceeded EVERY expectation we had, while keeping us informed of their progress and the steps that they were taking throughout the job.
I will not hesitate to recommend Classic Fireplace to anyone I know, not only for the first-rate selection that they offer, but more importantly for the professionalism of their staff, and the quality of their workmanship - it is so refreshing to hire people who take pride in their work, and the finished product is testament to this.
