I am new to the Lake Street Pharmacy, but they have been kind, professional, patient and willing to go out of there way to help you in anyway. Delivery is also a wonderful plus. I am not sorry I changed from my pharmacy to them.

With their friendly service, they will always go the extra mile to, for example, clarify things with your doctor when necessary and go out of their way to make sure you understand your medications and get them on time. This is one of the best little pharmacy's in Niagara Falls, Ash is a very knowledgeable kind patient pharmacist who truly listens and cares about people, if you have a problem he's always there with helpful advice wether it's for your child or your elderly parents, been my pharmacist for years, always has a big smile on his face, great pharmacy great staff.

The last couple of times I have been hobbling toward the store from the car the greeter went out of her way to bring me a electric shopping cart. I found the wallpaper that I've been looking for at the very reasonable price and didn't need to wait to pick it up. I got it, went home and my room got a new cozy look in 3 hours. A couple of rolls left were returned with no questions asked.

The best walk in clinic in Richmond Hill. Staff from the Frontline Staff to the doctors are very friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. Behnami cared for my 92 year old mother with the greatest of care and kindness. He ordered xray and bloodwork and the clinic called me to say results were in the very next day. Mothers issues was taken care of with the follow up visit. Highly recommend this clinic.
