Boyfriend went in to get starter supplies for making beer. The manager was very informative and offered as much information as possible.
We live out of town, out of province actually and were just passing through. The manager was aware of this yet still gave one of the the brew kits for free because he was spending so much ($200+), which was very nice of her, considering we are not very likely to be repeat shoppers.
Only 4/5 because we were not informed to buy another bung for the second carboy purchased.

Staff is amazing, my first time dealing with them I was definitely not the best customer with the best attitude, but the staff stayed very professional and powered through my horrible attitude and words and still gave me amazing service, been coming back ever since and never once treated less than amazing, today I went in with destroyed glasses and they went to great lengths to get my sight back and gave me a phenomenal deal on a temporary solution, I would definitely recommend these guys

Kari has been the groomer of our two small dogs for over 12 years. She has always done a wonderful job and our dogs would always happily enter her grooming studio with no hesitation, which of course let’s you know they consider her and her space to be a good and safe place. Sadly our dogs have just passed. I know this is such sad news for Kari and those of us who loved them dearly. Thank you Kari for all the years of making our girls so clean and pretty and treating them with the kindness?❤️

On Nov. 26 my husband skidded off the road near Dawson Creek, damaging our truck. He was towed to KTS Truck Repair. Steven Reynolds couldn't have been more helpful. He stored the Uhaul being towed in his shop and gave my husband a ride to the motel. The next day he temporarily repaired it, enabling my husband to tow the Uhaul to our granddaughter's so they could load her belongings for the move down to Abbotsford. Great storage facility. Security issues are dealt with promptly. Snow removal is kept up and our trailer was easy to access in the spring. We never had an issue with any mice or other unwelcome guests in our trailer over the winter months. Would highly recommend.

I phoned Gerald at around 11:00 am to asked if he could lift a slab that my outside wood stove was on and how much. Gerald said he could come out at 1:00pm and would bring his trailer so if I wanted him to do it after looking at it he would. Gerald showed up just after 1:00 and gave me a price. I told him sounds good and he drilled two holes on either side of slab and lifted it level. Nice job and Gerald was very nice to deal with. Would recommend him to anyone. Thankyou again Gerald.
