we live in the country aprox 10 minutes away and delivery is always prompt and food is steaming hot. Phone service is professional. Overall, we are always pleased.
Unfortunately, even though they deliver to us - we are unable to order online.

Ya sometimes they seem a little snotty but, they aren't a 5-star restaurant, and I am sure they deal with a lot of ungrateful people every day. Me I have had (ALL things considered) great helpful service with competitive pricing.

I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

We love to come out and enjoy the fantastic food and great service. The staff makes this restaurant an amazing one, from the front door to the servers to the kitchen staff and everyone else in between it really has that family restaurant feel. The prices are great and the wait times are almost always spot on or less than first mentioned. We always love come back and recommend this restaurant to all of our friends. And I almost forgot to mention THEY MAKE BEST MOZZARELLA STICKS IN THE CITY.

I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. Really good company, I have recommended them to anyone who asks about repairs.

My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Nice restaurant. I have been there three times. The food is delicious, fresh, and nice. I just love this place. The food is amazing. They made the best Sushi in town. Especially, I love the house special bento box. It has everything in it. Different flavor with same good quality.
