st veronus still has wonderful tasty food. I especially love the stoemp. BUT they no longer have a lunch menu- which means having lunch here is now much more expensive than it used to be (ie. the stew used to be $11 for lunch, now its $18 off the generic menu). because of this- I likely will only come here for dinner now as Peterborough has lots of other reasonably priced lunch options. Sure I'll go back. It's a pub with a great pub atmosphere - good selection of brew on tap. Great nachos - really good value on that - and why not? It keeps you drinking! The other food we had was fine and good value for the price. Service was friendly and attentive. Not all gorgeous as one reviewer wrote (probably an employee) but very good at the job.
