They dont keep parts that you paid for.I wish I had gone to Tembros back in the 80,s with my other vehicles I owned back then. Oh well, Now I know where to take my truck and car for servicing. After reading the last 2 reviews, I must say I can see their point of view as I had the same issue MANY years ago. I bought a Prius C from them in 2015 and have been very happy with everything. Do I see areas to improve on, for sure but all around been happy with their product and service has been good. I will for sure return to buy my next PriusC when I am ready. H & H auto team were so fair & professional. Our car needed fixing before my mum & I could continue any further on our trip, from Ottawa to AB. Nita is a true gem & put us at ease knowing the car was safe with them. We were so impressed with the knowledge of the mechanic & team.
