The best way I can sum up my entire experience is completely old school customer service. From the warm genuine greeting I received when I entered to the helpful nature of all the staff. Although I didnt end up needing a service call, they were very helpful and accommodating to answer my questions by phone. They diagnosed my issue over the phone and recommended I try a few things first, in which one of those suggestions worked. I called them back to thank them, and I would recommend their operation from a customer service standpoint.
