I had been having trouble with a tire that kept going flat on me for a while.. I contacted them and they got me in super fast and check it out for me.
Nice bright and clean waiting room (with free coffee) and super friendly staff!!!
In no time I was back on the road with a repaired tire!!

I had to get my DeWalt compressor fixed under warranty but couldn’t find my receipt. William went above and beyond dealing with DeWalt to determine by the serial number that it was indeed covered under warranty and continued to deal with them throughout the whole process. Although I’ve thanked you several times already, I just want to say that if it wasn’t for you my compressor would probably still be sitting in their warehouse.

My car just broke down and I called him because he was the closest. He came right away and was super nice and professional! He drove from Seal Cove to Topsail Pond Rd. to get me and towed my rig to Mitsubishi. He was fast, professional, reliable, and very nice! His prices are beyond fair!! Denise is simply the best individual and couples therapy I have ever experienced and I have tried many. Self esteem, intimacy issues, miscarriages, health crisis and lack of communication can wreck havoc on an individual and a couple. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2013 and had to get 3 quotes for my insurance company for a CPAP machine. Horizon Aire is the company I went with based on their prompt service and knowledgeable support staff.
Then, last month my CPAP machine stopped working correctly and was past its 3 year warranty. Horizon Aire contacted the manufacturer to push for a new replacement machine which I received the next day. These folks really do know what excellent customer service is all about!

She is amazing! Felt like I’ve known her for years. Great sense of humour and very personable. Took her no time to get the blood and as someone who gets bloodwork done a lot I can barely see where she went in with the needle! She used a proper sized bandaid to cover the puncture, nothing like the big ole strip of tape that hurts like a bugger to remove. The other clinics are good, but the wait time for an appt. wasn’t soon enough for me. The convenience of the home visit is definitely worth it.

Prestige east taxi by far is by far the best taxi accommodation service I have received thus far in the province of NL. Their staff members are kind, compassionate and energetic, their service is time efficient and their cabs are very well maintained - smoke free and clean (there is nothing worse). Their drivers opt not to have meter's and so they don't believe charging when stopped at red lights and when traffic is slow moving which Is very convenient for me as i use (prestige) taxi service on a regular basis and as a result, only costing me
the amt. of km it takes to get to your destination with no variations in price from day to day. Their customer relations and willingness to help (opening doors, offering to assist in carrying your belongings etc..) to ensure they provide you with the upmost enjoyable and respectful transportation certainly don't come with your typical everyday taxi service! I had a great experience with Wade's Excavating for my septic system. The house was being built for LEED certification and there were strict guidelines to be followed. Jason went out of his way to accomodate my special requirements and was very helpful through the convoluted process of dealing with the town and Service NL. During the installation it was easy to see his skill, attention to detail and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. I think it would be foolish not to choose this guy.
