Great little independent restaurant located on the second floor of the Ambassador Hotel. The breaded lemon chicken is to die for! Service is superb! Atmosphere is intimate chic! Great selection of drinks/apps/mains/desserts. The desserts are from the world famous Cheesecake Factory - so delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!

When I get bad service I let the company know it. When I get good service I let everyone know it. Had my bi-annual Tire swap done and the job was done quickly and right on schedule for one vehicle and quickly and earlier then my scheduled appointment on my second vehicle. Brianna the service counter attendant was both courteous and helpful. All companies need more people like her manning the customer service front lines. Well done guys and girl.

On a recent trip from Timmins,for a medical appointment the front left caliper seized on our truck. It was 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. We called several garages, but West End Alignment and Auto Repair was the only one that agreed to help. They worked 45 minutes past their closing time to get the repair done. Extremely thankful for their assistance. Peter and the other mechanic were lifesavers. We were 6 people in the vehicle including two elders, an infant and a preschooler. Thank -you

I’ve also seen kim on many occasions over the years, for neck and back issues and she’s amazing! She knows the problem and gets in to fix it. It WILL hurt but it DOES work. I trust Kim explicitly.

He get the front apart calls and ask front or back I said front. He then opens up the rear inspects all is good. I said oh so sorry what do I owe You? Long Canada day weekend and stranded on the side of highway 17 over 300k from home in 3:00 traffic. We called CAA and thankfully got rescued by an amazing tow truck driver. She was friendly and professional. She used the utmost care in loading and unloading my brothers mustang. She drove like a Rockstar through rush hour traffic and got us back to hamilton safe and sound. Thank you fromall of us!!!! You Rock!

We are so pleased with the service we received from Mike and his brother! The only sign that a tree came down was the clean open space and the tree stump. No leaves, no twigs or wood shavings! He even did our gutters! And then did my neighbour’s gutters where leaves had fallen from the tree that came down! A wee more expensive than a few other places but SO WORTH IT! Another neighbor had a tree cut from another company a few days later. They did a good job but the mess they left is unfortunate.
