I recently went to this establishment with the front end of my car shaking. Thinking that it was something serious, I was a bit nervous on what was wrong. Sam went for a test drive with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! I would recommend this place to anyone! I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.

We had a wonderful meal and excellent service.
I have food allergies and they were able to work around it. Even at the end of the meal our server remembered, and even offered a dessert option for me. The restaurant has a nice ambiance - not rushed. We will be back on our next visit to Chatham.

A large nail in my tire left me stranded on Currie Road. I called WILLSON Towing, on a chance. They were closest to where we sat stranded with a flat.This was a positive experience in every way. Sean was so helpful and kind - understanding our dilemma. Both the main office and Sean the driver who came to our aid went above and beyond to get us towed to a place nearby where we could get assistance. I highly recommend and praise this company and its people. Thank you so much

This is the second time over a number of years that I have had to bring in my vehicle for repair. The work is alway excellent. But be prepared to set aside a chunk of your life to get the work finished. Imperial is very busy and getting your car finished in quick order is not their priority.
Bottom line, if you can wait, get your work done here. If you have a schedule, find someone else.
