Brought in a used 2007 Audi that I had bought recently - it had been neglected over the years. They suggested the Gold Package to help bring the car back to life...all I can say is WOW !! What an amazing transformation - they touched every area of the car and took care of some rather difficult paint chips..can't say enough about the Job they did..it brought more value to the car. This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO! Lire plus
