I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. I am very happy that I have found this clinic, they just opened in my neighbourhood (St. Clair West) last Fall. I have been going for prenatal massage regularly, I have tried a few registered massage therapists there, they are all very good in listening to my needs, and they are very professional. I also like the atmosphere there, it's clean and calming, not your average wellness clinic, and I trust the therapists there, you can tell they are more professional than the ones in a spa.
I had headaches during my first trimester, the owner practices acupuncture therapy there, he gave me a few treatments and it helped a lot. I was skeptical about acupuncture before, and was afraid of needles, but it didn't hurt at all, and I felt way better after. I just want to thanks them and will definitely recommended my family and friends.

Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.
