I picked Ian's company randomly - looking for help to relight a pilot light on the hot water heater at my family's cottage at Cultus Lake. Friday afternoon on a long weekend. Honest, generous, great prices and went beyond the call of duty. Restored a used car I just purchased, removed offensive odor that permeated the inside, removed animal feces, removed old glue from decals on the outside, restored weathered exterior to look new and even did some extra work that was needed for no charge.
