I love shopping at the Independant, EVERYONE, from those that stock the shelves, to those on cash, and everyone in between, are so friendly, polite and courteous it’s ALL done with a smile. I’ve never left the store feeling anything but satisfied. They deserve a great big HUG. I could go on about everything else and how they help me but I’ve only got 500 characters. After lot's of searching for a new supplier for Ball Python food, AKA:Live Medium Rats(My Ball Python refuses to eat frozen) I came across Jackie's Critter's & Thing's. Very cool store actually spent 30 min walking around looking at everything before buying my snake food. Will be going here from now on :)

Very friendly and informed, and always have just what I am looking for! It is hard to find suppliers for terrarium lighting, etc. for rare lizards and they have it all or will order it in.

Amazing staff. Amazing selection. Amazing grooming and amazing animals. The animals have toys and tunnels and hides and all sorts of chew stuff. Very well cared for!
