Had System-ex out there a couple days ago to deal with a leaky faucet. They were very quick to get to my place. They were very helpful and fixed my problem very quickly. Even gave recommendations to how to prevent this from happening again. Would definitely call them with any other issues plumbing issues.

My wife and I have enjoyed dining in on only a few occasions; but we have found the food to be delicious, and the service to be exceptional. The take out / pick-up service is most convenient when you're short for time, but have dinner and a movie planned at home. With a little bit of warm-up, plug the movie in, you have a savoury romantic dinner with your significant other and the only consideration is who does the dishes ! Either way, you will enjoy a fine dinner in house or at home... David & Sharon Lalonde.

I have been a customer here for several years and always been pleased with the service and quality of food. I recently was there on an extremely busy evening and found all of the servers to be efficient and courteous, as the cooks kept things rolling at a fast pace. Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I highly recommend Norm's.

Just had their technician leave after getting my water heater and heating unit serviced for the year. The technician was courteous, fast and knowledgeable. For under $150 I was able to get everything ready for the new season. I would recommend strategic mechanical to anyone without hesitation.
