We were completely impressed with the service from start to finish. They recommended the perfect system, answered all our questions, met us on short notice, did an excellent job on installation, cleaned everything up (were also careful to lay down tarps and not mess up the floors), and made sure we were not without heat in the process. My mom was having some health issues and kept telling me she could smell gas downstairs. I called the landlord to let her know and explained I was going to call Aslan to come and check it out. The technician arrived rather quickly and discovered the hot water tank was vented back into the house and had a bit of a leak. He corrected the venting and fixed the leak. He was polite, prompt and respectful of my mom's health. She is doing much better and no longer can smell gas, I will use again Lire plus
