I have stayed in many hotels & motels in sudbury, also around Canada and the USA. The Moonlight motel stood out above other sudbury motels. The motel is like staying in a franchise hotel room with a very reasonable room rate. My room Included a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and I got one with a kitchen. As well the motel is located in a quiet area of Sudbury, very easy to get around sudbury within 10 mintues to work downtown. The management, front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and the service was above what other motels would do. The motel room I stayed in was clean when I checked in. After each day I got back from work none of my things were moved and the room was cleaned exceptional well. I was impressed with the Moonlight Inn motel that is why I am writing this review. My sister and I wanted to take my parents somewhere nice for breakfast and decided on Casey''s. Our server was *****. I have had her before and she is great alway friendly and accomadating. My parents loved her. We informed ****** it was my parent''s anniversary and she came out with a piece of cake and a nice song. We told her some of the brunch items were cold and she immediately replaced them for us. She went the extra mile and made my parents anniversary special. Now my parents are planning on making Casey''s their regular brunch spot. Lire plus

When I get bad service I let the company know it. When I get good service I let everyone know it. Had my bi-annual Tire swap done and the job was done quickly and right on schedule for one vehicle and quickly and earlier then my scheduled appointment on my second vehicle. Brianna the service counter attendant was both courteous and helpful. All companies need more people like her manning the customer service front lines. Well done guys and girl. Lire plus

We had a new furnace and ductwork installed in 2020 and with such a big purchase, we were hoping we chose the right business to do the work. We are so happy we went with 669-heat!!! They were professional from the get-go and delivered not only excellent service, but the workmanship is bar-none! I was in a car accident Feb. 12th and had to rent a car while mine was fixed. Kelly and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that I had a safe vehicle to drive. When the engine light came on the first rental, they quickly got me into another vehicle. They sent the rental with the engine light to the shop for a quick turn around so I could get that vehicle back. When the car was not available, they got me into the same car just a different colour.
