This is the second time I've bought a mattress from best sleep Winnipeg. I cannot overstate how satisfied and happy I am with the entire experience. The mattress is absolutely perfect, and I needed it so exact for my back condition. James was beyond incredible to help. What I specifically loved about James, was his whole intention was not to sell me anything, but rather to help me resolve what I needed to as regards my sleeping issues. Bought my first battery and tank setup and juices from them. The tank had a defective coil that was plugged to start and they replaced it free. Very helpful informative employees and friendly as well. Highly reccomend their services i might have saved a few dollars buying parts online but im so happy i decided to go through them instead.

Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.

Brent a d staff are the best. I took my mom's scooter to them today to repair to give to a cancer patient that ould use it and after that it was to be given to ca certain care. I had just lost my wife to ca certain days before . They were busy a d said it would be done next week but that same afternoon they said it was ready. When I asked how u have it was they said it was no charge. Makes you realize that there still are some great and fantastic people around. Brett you are awesome.
