To me they are the best at what each woman or man that is working there has to do in there department.And McDonald's where I live is Big pick.up steady today it was to windy and cool no one out side at table at11:30 and the place was packed but there is another section empty.

I was passing through Cranbrook on my way to the coast and needed to grab a few things so I stopped at Marks. I was in a hurry and was hoping it would not take forever to find things in the store. I was pleasantly surprised at the staff that work there. I was greeted at the door and then shown where to find the clothes I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. I wish the Marks in my town was like that. I will drop in again on my way back home. Mekka S

Huge shoutout to East Side Mario’s Cranbrook for being so amazingly accommodating for our group of 13 today! They changed their seating plan to make things more accessible and allowing us to have some privacy! fresh salads, hot soups, endless supply of fresh warm bread and special diet needs were served quickly, impeccably and all with a smile!! Talk about Superior customer service on Oct 28/2019 ! My door closer was broken so Steve send his man down right away at 8 am within 20 minutes a brand new was put in and my door is like new .
