John, their repair specialist, repaired our third set of Hunter Douglas shutter panels very satisfactorily, despite his recent serious illness. His work was very satisfactory. Defect of HD shutters, was due to UV induced brittleness in my opinion. Very satisfied with your work John.

I enjoyed your good customer service when I went in to see if you have had any bus-passes...it was a harsh day trying to find a way an time for the bus service is your last resort, its always good to know when the bus leaves to Chilliwack, bus-fair is a lot cheaper then 40-bucks gas money.,Happy-new year!!!
