A driver named Kyle showed up in record time and had the most professional courteous and caring disposition I have ever seen .I travel weekly between merritt and mission and have been a loyal customer to another tow company but kyle has changed that iam now a hope towing loyal customer,thank you kyle for your above and beyond work ethic.It was a pleasure to have you tow my pathfinder ,you deserve a raise

Amazing staff and selection. Was helped by a young man name Austin, he was incredibly knowledgeable and quick. He helped me cut several pieces of wood and all cuts were perfect. Very great store, will for sure shop here again!

I enjoyed your good customer service when I went in to see if you have had any bus-passes...it was a harsh day trying to find a way an time for the bus service is your last resort, its always good to know when the bus leaves to Chilliwack, bus-fair is a lot cheaper then 40-bucks gas money.,Happy-new year!!!
