The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. The staff there are awesome, the place is always clean, they will go out of there way to help you,when you need help. I'm there almost everyday,to meet with friends, have a coffee or two,have breakfast or lunch. The muffins/donuts are always fresh ( I love the blueberry muffins). I live about 15-20 minutes away, there are Tims closer, to where I live, but I prefer going to this Tims, Its the Best
