Just amazing!My business doesn't close until 6 pm so Piotr stayed very late to get our new phones set up.he was dealing with older,perhaps technologically challenged people so it took some effort on his part.He was very patient and helpful although his dinner was probably getting cold at home.I have always dealt with the Phone Store in the past and with the excellent service that Piotr provided I will do so in the future

The Brick in Castlegar is an amazing store for the Kootenays it has all the same furniture as the big city stores do. Many new styles I had never seen before, post modern styles are pretty cool. Great staff never pushy. Had a great delivery of my genuine leather sectional.

Great service and they were genuinely interested in my needs and wants. I bought the new M2 driver earlier in the year from somewhere else but he let me compare a different shaft from the store on the golf course!!! Totally unexpected and appreciated. I for one won't shop anywhere else.

My son injuried himself in hockey we were so impressed with Dr Thomson. He took xrays before and after the first adjustment. He didn't just get him moving that day by the 4th visit he had him moving normal and painfree. The Nucca method is unique and I must say he has restored my faith in chlropractic work. Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.
