On behalf of my dear mother, I would like to express our appreciation for the wonderful service and kind words that made my mom's 92nd birthday party at Gilmore such a great fun time.
The party room was just the right size, the food was super and I know that my mom's friends at Gilmore and and all those who attended had a wonderful time!

I have been frequenting this store for a number of years and love the ever changing variety of goods they carry. I like that they use where possible suppliers and supplies that are local or from other parts of Canada. I have a sofa from them which is perfect. I have a chair I purchased from them and they covered for me. Excellent work in matching the upholstery design, making extra cushions. Currently I have on order bookcases and a desk - all will be made locally.

I purchased new orthotics for my shoes. The old ones lasted for 17 years from Kintec, Surrey. I visited the store twice for readjustments. I have had very good experience with the staff in general and with the Orthotic Specialist. They are genuinely friendly, helpful honest, and sincere in their dealings. Their adjustment warranty is the best in the industry…for one whole year! If not satisfied, they make a brand-new set of Orthotics, at no cost.They definitely give you the extra mile.

Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment. His approach made me feel like I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, professional, a good listener and caring. His chiropractic treatments made a huge difference for me and the best part; I feel great again and wish I would have met him sooner! Highly recommend, without hesitation.

I got my motorcycle leather jacket at Rubber Side Down. I was able to choose the colour I wanted, for the leather jacket (Retro) I wanted. Josh the owner, asked me the type of cuff, collar and number of pockets I wanted. About a month later I received my jacket; customized to my specifications. This jacket is very well made; from the quality of the leather, the stitching to the overall attention to details. I would recommend Rubber Side Down to anyone looking for a well made motorcycle jacket.

Il y en a pour tous les goûts...le choix peut être difficile à faire tellement le présentoir est alléchant. Ils sont beaux mais tout aussi bons! Le resto est petit, pas idéal pour un grand groupe. Ils font des gâteaux sur demande pour occasions spéciales...mariages, etc...

Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.

I have been going to New West Cycle for almost 2 years now (since it opened) and I absolutely love them! They are friendly, honest, not out to take advantage of your knowledge or lack there-of. The staff are always willing to teach and to learn. They have a great working knowledge of both vintage, old, and new technologies and are able to work on bikes from all eras (and sell bikes from all eras as well). They listen to what you want, give you options to fulfill your needs, then listen to what YOU want, not what is most profitable for them. There is no other bike shop in the lower mainland that has the variety, friendliness and honesty that they have, and I have looked. They are my favourite bike shop, no question.
