Brought in two cars for different services. Both times I waited and the repairs were completed in about an hour. Service was great by assist manager Mona, and I witnessed Kevin dropping of a customer to his home as he was stuck at the Midas location. This is not a service they offer, and he went out of his way to help the customer. I for sure will go back again to this location.

I have come here many times over the years. They take the time to really explain everything and help save me money and further issues! Truly a 5 star service. Rare these days and So appreciated. Update: Still absolutely amazing quality job at a very fair price!

I went to Millwoods Auto Inspection for a Salvage inspection. Not knowing what to expect I found Al very helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. It was 2 easy fixes and I got my certificate. Thanks for all your help.

Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)

I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. I have owned a few Honda Accords for over 20 years, I always trusted the Honda dealerships for repairs. After getting some very expensive quotes from the dealerships I decided to look for a reputable Honda repair shop that might have more reasonable pricing. I read lots of reviews and decided on Wilson's Auto Tech. Twice Wilson was able to fix my older Honda for significantly less. We were thrilled. He is very honest, not over selling, very efficient and customer service oriented business.
